Technical maintenance

1. The running-in period of the newly delivered gasoline brush cutter is from the beginning of use to the third refueling. Do not let the engine run at high speed without load during use, so as not to bring extra burden to the engine during the running-in period.
2. After working at full load for a long time during work, let the engine idle for a short time, let the cooling air flow take away most of the heat, so that the driving device components (ignition device, carburetor) will not cause adverse consequences due to heat accumulation.
3. maintenance of air filter. Adjust the damper to the choke position to prevent dirt from entering the intake pipe. Wash and dry the foam filter in a clean, non-flammable cleaning solution such as hot soapy water. Replace the felt filter. You can pat or blow it lightly when it's not too dirty, but a felt filter won't clean it. Damaged filter elements must be replaced.
4. Check the spark plug. If the engine is underpowered, has difficulty starting, or fails at idle, check the spark plugs first. Clean the polluted spark plug, check the distance between the electrodes, the correct distance is 0.3mm, adjust if necessary. To avoid spark and fire hazards, be sure to screw the nut onto the threads and tighten tightly, then press the spark plug tightly onto the spark plug.
